Some new abilities

  • I have some ideas for new abilities that the show could add on. Does anyone else have suggestions or ideas for others abilities? They would be appreciated and cited to you. Horrorman 18:59, 29 December 2007 (EST)
    • Check out Category:Fan Powers for a few abilities, and Fan powers/Archive for a long list of them that have been archived (so that list is uneditable). To make a new power, just create an article in your userspace such as User:Horrorman/Resurrection, and add [[Category:Fan Powers]] on a line by itself in your article.--MiamiVolts (talk) 19:21, 29 December 2007 (EST)

For infoboxes, you don't need this: [[Image:Evil eye.jpg]]. All you need is this: Evil eye.jpg. The image will come out automatically. Good luck, and happy New Year's Day! --Ice Vision (talk) 10:56, 31 December 2007 (EST)

The german synthetically receiving his ability...

...has not been shown or mentioned anywhere. Until it has, it's speculative, so please stop adding it to his page and magnetism. Thanks.--Bob (talk) 16:19, 17 October 2008 (EDT)

"Show preview"

Hey Horrorman...I noticed you've been updating your userpage. Looks great. When you're making edits, try using the "Show preview" button instead of the "Save page" button at the bottom. That way you can check your changes before saving, and you don't have to save after small additions--you can save after you've made a whole lot of changes. You've already made about 15 edits to the same page within the last hour. That's a lot... Let me know if you need more explanation or any help. Thanks! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 14:22, 7 November 2008 (EST)

Fan powers

I'm actually not sure myself, but I believe you will need to create the article in your own namespace. Create a file named User:Horrorman/power_name and see if that works. --Ted C 14:35, 12 November 2008 (EST)

  • I'm not currently seeing your problem; you seem to have a working fan power page. You might ask Ryan or Admin what else you need to do, if something's amiss; my knowledge of Wiki coding isn't anywhere near theirs. --Ted C 10:26, 13 November 2008 (EST)
  • Horrorman, you seem to be doing just what you should to create a fan power. You're using your user namespace (User:Horrorman/Video game manipulation, for instance), and the few powers of yours that I checked are using template:Infobox fan power, which is the correct template for you to be using. There is a fan creation flag at the top because all fan powers really are fan creations. However, the page that use that template are categorized into Category:Fan Powers, not Category:Fan Creations. You mentioned that you "cannot link it properly." What do you mean by that? I'm glad to help you out if you need--reply on my talk page if you need my help. :) (By the way, your fan power pages look great--very fun powers!) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 10:46, 13 November 2008 (EST)

Tool Tip: User Subpages

I've noticed in the recent changes that a few of your pages had to get moved. (Horrorman/Psychosis_projection and Horrorman/Fog_manipulation). You need to put the User: prefix on a page name to make it a user subpage. --SacValleyDweller (talk) 20:54, 27 November 2008 (EST)

Uncredited images

Hey, Horrorman. Two of the images you have uploaded to Heroes Wiki are not credited. This goes against our license. You will need to put the source for these images. They are:

  • I went ahead and deleted the images listed above. If you would like me to do an undelete, just let me know the missing sources, and I'll restore what you request. Thanks. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:29, 2 April 2009 (EDT)
