Prior to working on Heroes, Yawar worked on such films as Rapid Guy Movement (which he also casted and produced), Down The P.C.H., Amber Tundra, and the documentary Plastic Rose. His television roles include such shows as General Hospital, Dirty Sexy Money, Open Bar, JAG, and Strong Medicine, as well as foreign productions such as On Demand, Music Video Rewind, and South Asia Review. Yawar also worked in theater productions such as Romeo and Juliet, King Lear, The Merry Wives of Windsor, A Comedy of Errors, and Much Ado About Nothing.
