Full length video episode commentaries with the cast and crew of Heroes are made available on NBC's website after each new episode has aired in the United States. The first episode to have a commentary made available was Godsend. The commentaries typically feature two or three members of the cast and crew who provide insight and other details about the story as well as the production techniques. Occasionally spoilers are revealed in the episode commentaries. Video commentaries are produced by Retrofit Films. Since Volume 3, the commentaries were no longer released on-line but the audio from the commentaries was used as a commentary track on the Season One, Season Two and Season Three DVD's.
