Blue water

We've been taking DNA samples in a rural town that has a number of people with low-level abilities. We notice that immediately following a raid, the water of the local river keeps turning blue. The stain spreads upstream as well as downstream. Speculation?

Bricked Up Windows

A newspaper in a nearby city in upstate New York--about 50,000 residents, mostly industrial buildings--has been reporting incidents where the windows/doors of buildings have been suddenly bricked up overnight, with no reports of noise or activity. Anyone heard of anything like this before?

Read the Hong Kong pic discussion with interest. Our last target blew up his apartment during his escape. Among the few salvageable pieces of evidence was a postcard. The back had been scorched off but the front was a picture of a city. Please let me know if you recognize this area.
