IceGhost78 5 bucks says this sandra is sylar using shapeshifting
- I think Noah said "22 years" as a test to see whether he/she was really him/her. So now he will know. -- Tristan0709 talk 21:21, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Yeah, I'm feeling some good vibes. BoomerDay 21:33, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
IceGhost78 BEAUTIFUL EPISODE
Cannot wait for next episode. Petrelli-centered AND a flashback. --Peter 22:02, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- I wonder if they will run into another problem like they had with Peter, too much power with his character. It's not like he can get another virus. Also, the team Sylar was on scored alot of wins, I wonder if we will see him pick up a new power that we didn't see in this episode in the graphic novel or something. --Cngodles 23:49, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
EPIC
Wow. Can't wait 'till "1961" BoomerDay 22:05, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
This episode is definitely one of the best in this season. Just amazing. Alter 22:04, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
By far the best episode this volume. --Wowsters 22:06, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
I thought it was ok. The last three look amazing. This was a set up episode, a necessary evil. I'm looking forward to seeing how it'll all end.--Mistyjo 22:28, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
Best of this volume for sure. Bloodbath 23:17, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Lovely episode! It looks like Heroes is getting back to the basics. Mohinder is back –back in his apartment; back trying to solve mysteries about his father’s life; back with the map; back arguing with Matt! But this episode also presented plenty of firsts. For instance, Mohinder wore a hat! He’s never wore a hat before! But no, this was a great episode. I loved the HRG/Danko scene at the end where Noah does his best impression of “Bryan Fuller”, and I especially loved the mystery to the scenes in which Angela begins to reveal the secrets of her past. I also cannot wait for the next episode. I’m excited in particular about finding out more about Chandra. However, I still can’t believe we only have three episodes left! I’m going to go crazy during hiatus! --Mohinder613 (talk) 12:52, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I agree that this was a great episode, but I still think Cold Snap was better. I loved the story development taking place in this episode, but I consider Cold Snap to be the best because it was the first of this season to really be great. Dean 22:20, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
What happened here
Okay I figured out that that was Sylar the whole damn time he was impersonating Sandra. The real Sandra was there as she met Sylar as Danko so she was there for at least some point. I'm not sure, but that may have been the real Sandra at the end. She acted more like the Sandra we know and I think that last thing with Noah was too much for her and frightened her too badly. Poor Danko though. Matt ruined his life in a way there. I don't like him, but I couldn't help but feel bad for him. I so saw the rescue by Hiro coming by the way. Now we know how Sylar survived Claire killing him: the Primatech fire melted the glass she put in his head. Noah said it while he was looking over Sylar's supposed body.--WarGrowlmon18 22:10, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Danko and Noah's lives are pretty messed up now. No family / friends... so sad... --Peter 22:14, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- I think it was Sandra the whole time. -- Tristan0709 talk 22:16, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- It was, except for one scene. She didn't hand him the divorce papers, that was Sylar. He turned back into himself in the street.--Mistyjo 22:29, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Mistyjo is right--we always saw Sandra as Sandra, except when she delivered the divorce papers. That was Sylar. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:43, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Oops. Must have missed that part. Blame bad internet, forget I said anything. -- Tristan0709 talk 02:32, 8 April 2009 (EDT)

Title = Truth
This title is absolutely true. This episode was definitely strange. And confusing. Shape-shifting is gonna become annoying fast... and strange. --Peter 22:36, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- I agree (about shape shifting) BoomerDay 22:44, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- I love shapeshifting. Opens up new ways for Sylar to mess with people. Bloodbath 23:16, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Me too. Plus, I love when the show keeps me on my toes. I totally thought that when Sandra was Sylar when she first met him at Building 26--it wasn't. Then I totally thought that Noah was Sylar until he pulled the gun on him--it wasn't. Then I really thought that the agent wasn't Sylar--it was. Man, the episode kept me second guessing myself! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:20, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- I think that the thing I loved most about the 'Sylar Guessing' this episode was when Noah, who wanted Danko to think he was Sylar, walked through Building 26 towards Danko's office and you would hear these very Sylar-like bells playing in the background. Man, Wendy and Lisa really did fool me with that. -- Smouvy 06:52, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I agree. Best part of the episode was being wrong every time I thought I knew who Sylar was. I even thought that Sylar was just messing with HRG there at the end... but they timed it just right, as soon as I gave up on the agent being Sylar playing dead, he healed.--Mistyjo 23:41, 6 April 2009 (EDT)
- Its funny to see how other characters act as sylar. HRG did a great job faking being Sylar with Danko. Also, if Nathan gets killed as per the rumor, Nathan will still technically be on the show, just as Sylar. --Cngodles 23:46, 6 April 2009 (EDT)

- The musical cues also helped throw us off — Sylar's theme was playing when HRG was pretending to be Sylar-as-HRG and walking into Danko's office. --Torley 01:31, 8 April 2009 (EDT)
Matt
I absolutely hated how matt just completely accepted that baby matt was his son... I mean, if someone said "this is you son with super powers," wouldn't you have some questions? Other than that, great episode :). Dean 01:52, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I believe it sort of ties back with Season One's events, and the fact that the baby is named Matt Parkman. I loved the scene, and it gave me chills down my entire body in that good sort of way. --GSK 02:23, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- He was very skeptical at first, but then Hiro said he had abilities and that plus the fact his name is Matt Parkman must've made it make sense in Matt's head.--Riddler 22:27, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- And Matt has good reason to trust Hiro, and if he really wanted to, he might be able to scan Matt Jr. — altho I'm not sure whether his thoughts would be baby talk. ;) --Torley 01:32, 8 April 2009 (EDT)

Main Image
Do you people agree that my pic is a great main image. I know i do :)Gabriel Bishop 06:44, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- No. I don't really see how it fits the episode title "Turn and Face the Strange". -Sincerely, Thrashmeister » talk- 13:17, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- It doesn’t have anything to do with the title, but it’s cute. I stand undecided. --Mohinder613 (talk) 15:37, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- Cute, yes, but the standard here is to choose a main image that relates to the title. -Sincerely, Thrashmeister » talk- 16:03, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I think a better image would be one of sylar in mid transformation. Given that it fits the title of the episode and played a big part in it.
- Sylar's transformation from Danko back to himself would be a perfect lead image ([1]). It was very strange. --Peter 16:41, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I agree. I really think the main image needs to be something to do with shape shifting. Maybe an actual transformation, maybe two Dankos at the same time, maybe Noah pulling a gun on Sandra. Whatever. But a shapeshifting image would be better. Let me see what I can find... -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 17:46, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- Okay, check it out. It was just good luck that Danko actually turned and faced Sylar. Nice. Plus, how funny was that when they were in the bathroom...talking about Danko's mole. Eeugh. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 18:04, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- Okay at least i tried could you atleast add the image to images of Turn and Face the strange Gabriel Bishop 06:57, 8 April 2009 (EDT)

Matt...
did anyone else thought that, the scene with Matt trying to shoot Alena was an illusion? I thought it was! And I thought he was going to shoot her (on the illusion). It could be cool.--Themd 16:21, 7 April 2009 (EDT)
- I was thinking it was an illusion, and I thought he was actually gonna shoot her to make Danko flip, but I was wrong. =[--Riddler 22:25, 7 April 2009 (EDT)

- IceGhost78 why
- 90% of Hiro's screentime and plot significance is geared towards comic relief, if it was just every now and then, it would be better, but Hiro as comic relief has become jaded. Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 18:02, 8 April 2009 (EDT)
- Hiro's role was always to keep everyone else on the right path, and includes saving them when required. No doubt he´s really good at it. - Cortez 23:33, 8 April 2009 (EDT)

Who Called How Sylar Survived Primatech?
This is the most reasonable theory I have heard and what I personally think on the matter. Sylar will be appearing on next season. Sylar live through both the fire and explosions due to Rapid celluar regeneration. The intense heat generated by either the fire or an explosion would melt the shard of glass. An explaination of why he wouldn't die from an explosion. Explosions did not kill Adam, claire, or peter due to Rapid celluar regeneration repair the flesh as its being destroyed. Thus they are never truly destroyed. Even if the fire did not melt the glass in sylar before an explosion he would survive. An explosion generates an intense burst of heat that would melt the glass before skin due to all the water that resides in the skin. And even if an explosion did occur near enough to sylar to kill him the glass would most likely be destroyed before the rest fo his body thus (as shown in other occurances) allowing instant regain of concussness and powers. —Default 22:27, 21 December 2008 (EST)

Turn and Face the StrangeR?
On my DVR, it recorded this episode as 'Turn and Face the Stranger'. It also seems more fitting. D'you think there's a typo on the editor's part? LimaBean 15:51, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
- It was called 'turn and face the strangeR' but then they changed it.. same with Duality becoming dual.. --Peter 15:54, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
--Riddler 15:55, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
Grammar is a lost art, it seems. Dual (standalone adjective), Puppet master (role as ability), now this... Technically, each of them could be considered correct with the right context, but it seems really weird here. --Yamawhata? 20:29, 16 April 2009 (EDT)

When Matt points a gun at Danko he almost grabs a gun on the table, Matt says "Dont you even think about it!" Lol, pretty rare quote for someone who is able to hear thoughts.-- Yoshi | Talk | Contributions 15:09, 15 January 2010 (EST)
