Sometimes known as Elon Washington, Lakrishi is a producer, writer, actress, and is involved in many other facets of entertainment production. Other than Heroes, her acting credits include Caravaggio: The Search, The Skeleton Key, The Stolen Moments of September, Blink of an Eye, Truly Blessed, Dance Flick, and Man Without a Head. In addition to acting, Lakrishi was a casting director and a production assistant in the movie Positive, and was a producer for the movie Truly Blessed.

- Lakrishi is a twin. Her twin sister's name is Lakishi.
- Lakrishi was pregnant during the filming of most of the episodes of Heroes. She had given birth by the time The Art of Deception was filmed.
