Pacy McNeil is part of the Unity faction that aids Claire and Rachel in their attempt to find Wildman.
About
Pacy discovered his ability at a young age, after viewing an eclipse. He would take apart various things, and put them back together perfectly, as well as remembering every word of every book he read. His parents were worried by this, and took him to several doctors, who determined he had a perfect memory. After his mother died, he took care of his father, eventually working as a mechanic in his fathers garage, quickly becoming the best in the area. Interested in film, he applied to a university in New York, which accepted him. He was saddened by the prospect of leaving his father, but knew it was for the best.

Faction Zero
In chapter 4 of Faction Zero, Pacy is brought by Kelli Wheaton to Costa Verde to help hunt down Thompson, Jr. He remarks he is here a little early, and when questioned what he means, he says he is to start college in New York in a few weeks. This causes Claire to say she hates him, due to her college admission difficulties.

Pacy has the ability to quickly absorb and accurately retain great amounts of information.
