Rick Peters is the American film and television actor who plays Tom McHenry.

Perhaps best known for his role in Sue Thomas F.B.Eye and the cult show Aquaman, Rick Peters has an impressive resume of television acting. His credits include American Virgin (with Michael Milhoan), CSI, Bull, Smallville, and Veronica Mars (with Kristen Bell, Kevin Bray, Tessa Thompson, Francis Capra, and Dana Davis). Following Heroes, Rick went on to have recurring roles on Swingtown, The Event (with Taylor Cole, Zeljko Ivanek, Gabriel Olds, Clea DuVall, Omid Abtahi, and Christopher May), Dexter, NCIS, and Masters of Sex. He also worked with Stana Katic on Castle and Lyndsy Fonseca on Marvel's Agent Carter.
