Quentin Frady and Aly go to St. Jude's Hospital to look for Phoebe Frady after the June 13th attack. Many injured patients are waiting in the lobby as Quentin yells to the receptionist to find Phoebe. Aly stops him to tell him that the FBI is blaming Phoebe for the attacks.

Project Reborn
After Farah is shot, Carlos, Jose and Micah bring her to the hospital which they find abandoned with no power. Carlos realizes that everyone has been evacuated to the shelters due to the approaching disaster and lays Farah on a gurney to use his Army medevac training to save her life. Micah is able to restore the power and Jose removes the bullet. Afterwards, people enter the hospital looking for help after a pileup on the highway. Rather than go help save the world, Carlos, Micah and Jose stay to help treat the injured since the hospital is abandoned by everyone else.
