- Teenage patient, Blackout, named for his electrical ability that caused many blackouts.
- Donna Dunlap, Eagle Eye, named for her eyesight, which is on par with birds of prey.
- Bianca Karina, Lung Girl, referenced by Devin Patterson in Berlin, Part 1.
- Felicia Brooks, Potty Mouth, named so for her foul language.
- Sparrow Redhouse, Terra, a reference to the character from "Teen Titans", who shares Sparrow's ability.
- Donald Essex, Water Man, named for his fine control over his watery powers.
- Perrin Crocker, Porcupine, named for his spikey power.
- Gordon Hovey, The Sandman, named for his sand ability.
