Usutu uses his precognitive ability to create prophetic paintings on the sides of rocks. Most of these paintings seem to somehow relate to Matt Parkman's life. In fact, Usutu has been painting images of Parkman's life for many years. When he was a boy, Usutu felt compelled to gather berries of many colors and paint. His first painting was of Matt meeting Molly.

Notes

• Tim Sale is the artist responsible for creating the art that becomes Usutu's paintings. Tim is a very well known comic book artist. He also created the art that became Isaac's paintings and Peter's paintings.
• A large mural of the world splitting in half appeared on the side of a building at a Hudson River pier (The Second Coming). The mural is identical to a painting outside Usutu's hut. It is unclear how this painting exists in New York or who the artist is.
• Usutu often wears a Walkman when he paints. The reason for this is unknown.
