Barbara Zimmerman was a circus performer Anna was sent to rescue by Rebel. She is also one in a set of triplets (along with Niki Sanders and Tracy Strauss) who were synthetically given abilities. She has the ability to generate water.
Character History
One of Us, One of Them
Dr. Zimmerman, the man who delivered Niki and Tracy, initially confuses Tracy for Barbara when she visits his home in Reseda.
I Am Become Death
Zimmerman explains to Tracy how she, Niki, and Barbara were separated and given to adoptive parents after they were given evolved human abilities.
Angels and Monsters
Angela explains to Tracy and Nathan that the Company injected Barbara with the contents of the formula, which gave Niki and Tracy their respective abilities.

When Anna is scared by Linda's body, she calms her down and reasures her it's just a costume. As Anna explains to Doug that agents from Building 26 are going to come after him, he replies that they are coming for the employees, not him. Barbara demonstrates her abilty to create water, before voices are heard outside the tent.

Evolved Human Abilities
Barbara is capable of externally generating water in her hands when she cups her hands together. It is not known whether or not the water comes from her own body or whether it is extracted from the air.
