After a peaceful pro-evo rally at South Western College becomes violent, Phoebe Frady extinguishes all the lights and stops the civil unrest. Just then, a riot officer arrives, and an angry protester directs him toward Phoebe. The officer subdues Phoebe, arrests her, and tells Aly and Quentin to turn off the camera.
