On November 4, 2011, the British girl attends a protest at Place de la Concorde to oppose the European Union's version of the Evo Registration Act. When Antoine Mercier uses his ability to see snipers on the roofs, the British girl overhears him mutter to himself that something is wrong. When she asks him what it is, he replies that police are surrounding them. The British girl says "Let 'em try, yeah?" and starts to generate heat with her right hand. As she does so, one of the snipers fires at the girl to prevent her from using her ability, but the bullet hits the girl next to her instead. The British girl then releases the heat in her hand, causing it to engulf two officers and light them on fire.
