Out of Time

Hiro saves Japan by destroying Whitebeard's guns.
Matt rescues Molly from the nightmare his father has trapped her in.

Four Months Ago...

Nathan risks death by flying a radioactive Peter up into the sky, suffering extensive burns.
Peter escapes the Company's "prison" facility, with Adam, in order to heal Nathan.
D.L. tells Micah he wants to finally be a hero; later, he runs back into a burning building, in order to save a six-year-old girl.

Powerless

Niki runs into a burning building to save Monica, and ends up trapped inside.
Hiro teleports Adam away, to save the world from being destroyed by the Shanti virus.
Elle zaps Sylar in order to subdue him.

Season Three Recurrences

Angels and Monsters

Sylar saves Claire from a deadly vortex.

Villains

Elle stops Gabriel from killing himself with her ability.

It's Coming

Ando attempts to assault Arthur Petrelli when he attacks Hiro.
Peter saves Claire from Flint and Knox despite not having his powers.

Dual

Ando injects himself with the formula (stolen from Mohinder by Daphne) in order to save Hiro.
Daphne travels back in time (with Ando's help) to rescue Hiro, just as his father is about to strike him with a sword.
Daphne and Hiro steal the formula from Pinehearst, after which Hiro destroys it.
Peter injects himself with the formula, gains the power of ability replication and uses it to fly Nathan to safety seconds before he would have been killed by Flint.

A Clear and Present Danger

Claire tries to warn Matt of Danko's team being after him, but both are captured.
Claire uses an opportunity to sneak aboard Flight 195 and starts freeing evolved human prisoners.

Trust and Blood

Daphne is shot while trying to save the captured specials.
Claire takes multiple bullets for the others and doesn't try to escape to allow them to get away.
Noah refuses to take an opportunity to kill Peter and allows him to get away on purpose.

Building 26

Claire hides Alex Woolsly despite Danko watching her closely.
A powerless Hiro fights an Indian mobster in order to save Ando and Annapurna.
Luke Campbell creates a distraction that saves Sylar.
Sylar rescues Luke despite supposedly only returning for a laptop computer.

Cold Wars

Mohinder risks capture to allow Matt to discover whether Daphne is alive.
Peter rescues Matt from capture.

Exposed

Sandra and Claire help Alex avoid capture at the hands of Noah, Rachel, and Jason Pierce.
Noah tries to secretly warn Peter of what Danko is trying to do and when that fails, he is saved by Nathan who flies him to safety.

Shades of Gray

Nathan risks his own life to try to help Matt disarm a bomb put on him by Danko. The two succeed and save many people who would have been killed had it gone off.
Claire saves Eric Doyle from being captured by Jason Pierce and Rachel.

Cold Snap

Peter rescues his mother from being captured.
Tracy escapes and frees Matt and Mohinder, allowing them to take Daphne to a hospital.
Tracy freezes multiple members of Danko's team, and herself, in order to allow Micah to escape.

I Am Sylar

Sylar uses his Shape shifting powers to fool Danko into thinking he has killed the real Rebel, when in fact, Micah is safe.

An Invisible Thread

Hiro and Ando infiltrate Building 26 and rescue everyone captured by Danko's team, defeating the team at the same time.
Even with a warning from Mohinder to not use his powers, Hiro freezes time to rescue Noah Bennet from Danko's betrayal.
Nathan and Peter risk their lives to stop Sylar and save the President. Nathan is killed, but Peter further risks his life by shape shifting into the President in order to get close enough to Sylar to knock him out, which works.

Season Four Recurrences

Hiro and Ando travel to a psychiatric hospital to rescue Doctor Mohinder Suresh who Hiro trapped there.

The Wall

Peter rescues Sylar from the nightmare Matt trapped him in.

Brave New World

Sylar rescues Emma from Eric Doyle.
Peter saves thousands of people by hitting Samuel with a flying tackle, disrupting his concentration in creating an earthquake and then entering into a terrakinetic battle with Samuel long enough for everyone to get to saftey.

June 13th, Part One

Mohinder Suresh and a future Hiro Nakamura attempt to stop the Odessa Unity Summit bombing, but fail.

June 13th, Part Two

To buy his step-son Nathan time to escape, Hiro Nakamura stays behind to face off with three Harris clones.

11:53 to Odessa

Malina stops a massive storm outside of Branson, Missouri that threatens many lives.
Luke Collins defends Malina when people on the freeway get hostile towards her after she stops the storm.
A construct of Hachiro Otomo asks Ren Shimosawa to travel into the future to rescue his daughter, a mission Ren accepts.

Send in the Clones

Carlos and Farah rescue many evos from Sunstone Manor, including Micah Sanders.
Miko Otomo faces off with an army of Harris clones and later Harris Prime himself. Miko kills Harris Prime and destroys all the clones.
Luke Collins protects Malina from two Harris clones and Quentin and Phoebe Frady.

Company Woman

Tommy begins transporting people through a space-time bridge to the future in hopes of saving as many people as possible from the H.E.L.E.
Worried that Tommy is making a terrible mistake, Emily Duval teams up with Ren Shimosawa to find Tommy and stop him as well as rescue Miko Otomo as was requested of Ren.
Luke Collins protects Malina from his wife at Union Wells High School. Luke kills Joanne who fires at Malina. However, Malina is shielded by Farah Nazan at great risk to her own life.

Project Reborn

As the first solar flare of the H.E.L.E. approaches, Luke Collins decides to sacrifice himself to stop it to buy Malina the time she needs to meet up with her brother and save the world. Luke flies himself into the flare and detonates himself, harmlessly dissipating the flare and saving North America.
In the Odessa Clock Tower, Quentin Frady faces off with his sister to protect Malina. Recognizing that Phoebe is now a monster, Quentin reluctantly kills her to save Malina's life.
In 9972, Ren Shimosawa and Emily Duval rescue several trapped evos including Hachiro Otomo and the real Miko Otomo.
To rescue Tommy Clark, Ren agrees to enter the dying Evernow to save him. With the help of the Miko construct, Ren rescues Tommy from the Eternal Fortress.
Tommy stops time and splits himself in two so he can save both the people in the future and stop the H.E.L.E. The Tommy that remains in the future teleports everyone in the Gateway control room back to the present then uses the space-time bridge to send everyone else back, purposefully leaving Erica Kravid behind.
Aided by Tommy, Malina attempts to stop the H.E.L.E. but the two are unable to control their combined power. Tommy tries "a thousand times" to stop the H.E.L.E. with Malina but is unable to.
After traveling back in time seven years and learning he and Malina need a conduit for their powers, Tommy goes back in time two days and saves Noah Bennet's life.
Noah, learning that Tommy and Malina need a conduit for their powers which will be fatal to their conduit, agrees to help them even though it will cost his own life.
Tommy transports himself and Noah back to the Odessa Clock Tower where Noah stands as Tommy and Malina's conduit. With Tommy boosting Malina's power and Noah channeling it, the three are able to stop the second solar flare of the H.E.L.E. and save the world at the cost of Noah's life.
