Phil is an evo who uses his shape shifting ability to impersonate Mohinder Suresh and take responsibility for the bombing of the Odessa Unity Summit.

Character History

June 13th, Part Two

After the explosion on June 13th, 2014, Janice Graves tells Erica Kravid that they have received a tape made by Mohinder which was apparently recorded before the summit began. When Erica confirms that Mohinder was an evo, Janice gives her news station the go-ahead to broadcast the tape. It is relayed throughout St. Jude's Hospital and around the world.

Later, Quentin realizes that Mohinder didn't really cause the bombings and that his confession tape was recorded by a shape shifter.

Send in the Clones

After being rescued, Micah Sanders broadcasts the truth about what Erica Kravid was up to. To this end, he replays "Mohinder's" tape, which shows Erica coaching Phil as Mohinder, and Phil shape shifting back to his true form.

Evolved Human Abilities

Phil has the ability to transform his features to resemble other people. When he shape shifted into Mohinder Suresh, he mimicked his voice and appearance perfectly, even when "off stage".
