Synopsis

Hero Truther encourages his listeners to start a revolution by acting out against the government because they are openly discriminating against evos. Phoebe and Aly attend a protest at South Western College. Quentin arrives upset at Phoebe for participating. Some anti-eco protestors show up and things heat up. Phoebe yells at everyone to shut up and uses her ability to block the abilities of other evos. Police show up and begin arresting evos. The police officer yells at Quentin to turn the camera off as he arrests Phoebe.

Phoebe is seen registering as an evo. Agent Wilson asks her a lot of questions and Quentin feels as though they are asking for too much personal information. After registering, Phoebe shows Quentin her new registration card. He starts arguing with her about how this is a bad thing. They argue about her coming out as an evo and talk about the government knowing about evos long before Claire Bennet. He mentions Coyote Sands to further prove his point.

Later, they attend an internship fair. An employer takes Phoebe's application and asks if she has an I.D. The woman leaves and returns saying that the position has been filled. Quentin calls her out on blatant discrimination. M.F. Harris approaches Phoebe and offers her a job at Renautas. He says that they have heard about her and think that she is meant to do extraordinary things.

Quentin and Phoebe begin cooking in his apartment. She tells him that she doesn't want to get an internship this summer, she wants to go the Odessa Unity Summit instead. She claims that this is the chance for evos to show the world that they are not freaks. Quentin thinks otherwise. He thinks that she should stay and focus on her finals. He thinks that the Summit is a bad idea. Phoebe storms off upset.
