Saving Charlie
At school, Hiro saves a seat for Sakumi in the cafeteria. However, she spends the whole meal looking over at the table where Yoshi Animoto is. Later, just before he turns 13, Hiro leafs through a book for girls going through puberty. He decides to one day unleash his new knowledge on Sakumi, "like a force of nature".
